PRINCIPAL: Dr Anne Allen
Anne established Bowman Solutions in 2002 to serve the growing need for freelance project managers in the cultural sector. Anne has extensive experience in economic development, museums, leisure & arts and tourism.  Anne gets projects off the ground and takes the lead in bid writing, business planning, marketing, project management and stakeholder facilitation.  She is a qualified FE and HE lecturer with several publications and has recently joined the Board of Northern Cultural Skills Partnership.
